Version 1.3.1

Version 1.3.1 (December 1 2004) adds the possibility to disable certificate loading, which is the default; users must enable it manually.

Version 1.0

Version 1.0 (July 28 2004) has been retired since it did not include several critical files, such as the license in the root directory. Nevertheless, the code itself contained the GNU GPL headers, so it should be a valid distribution.
